ONLINE EXHIBITION: Summer 2026

PRIDE

The global LGBTQ+ community comes together every June to celebrate “Pride,” an annual observance that is equal parts party and protest.

Certainly there are moments and milestones to cheer (decriminalization, marriage equality, cultural acceptance) and trailblazers to honor from the past and present.

But around the world political storm clouds continue to gather and threaten much of that progress.

And it’s important to remember that the gains in equality have not been uniform around the world. LGBTQ+ persecution continues in many countries.

So what does “Pride” mean in 2026?

Presented in no particular order, these artists have answered through their works and their words — click on the artwork to read more about the pieces and their “Pride” perspectives.

Art that is for sale is marked “Available,” and you will find where you can purchase in each piece’s page.

Thank you for visiting and Happy Pride!
